EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 Certification

Workshop Details

This program will certify you to use and integrate the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ360 suite of reports in support of your client groups. EQ-i 2.0 Certification Workshop Objectives (2 day): • Describe the importance and science of emotional intelligence • Learn how to integrate emotional intelligence in support of self- awareness, performance and well-being • Provide “best practices” in interpreting, administering and providing insightful feedback using the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 assessments • Learn how to provide an effective assessment debrief to support meaningful outcomes • Understand the importance of “balancing” emotional intelligence skills and competencies to one’s personal leadership and well-being What’s included in the certification: • Participate in an in-depth EQ-i 2.0 debrief with your customized emotional intelligence report • Access to the E-learning modules to prepare you for your EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certification training. This includes web modules online for the construction, theory, interpretation, and psychometric study of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 • Training kit (participant workbook and supporting resources) • On-going support and resources from JH&A • Access to your specific portal to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 suite of reports for your client groups • Receive 16 continuing education units (CEUs) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF): 9.25 Core Competencies; 6.75 Resource Development The next EQi 2.0/EQ360 certification will be October 19-20, 2022 certification (Webinar) using Zoom format. The space is limited to support and experiential and interactive session.
